Independent Tattoo is located 4 miles west of the Atlantic Ocean on the Maryland/Delaware state line (Rt. 54) in the West Fenwick Station. Custom tattoo designs are our specialty. Licensed and regulated by the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services; we use hospital sterilization with single-use, disposable needles. Your safety is important to us. You MUST be 18 with a state issued photo ID to be tattooed in our studio.
